Mother’s Day was yesterday and we hope that all the loving, caring, hardworking moms out there had a wonderful day! Motherhood comes with many challenges and many rewards, and at the end of the day moms just want their kids to be happy and healthy. And let’s face it, we want those little rug rats to get outside and blow off some energy on a daily basis. A misconception of condo living is that there is no outdoor space, when in actuality that is not true at all. Not only is there outdoor space but it’s outdoor space which is maintained for you. Many condos these days come with pools and roof top patios not to mention surrounding green space. Can you imagine the costs and time associated with maintaining a pool? And who ever heard of a roof top patio on a house? And if so does it have a spectacular view? I think not…
