So what if it’s snowing in April? It’s not anything we Canadians aren’t used to. We know Old Man Winter has a bit of a warped sense of humour and likes to give us one last salute when we think that Spring is here. It’s ok with us because we like snow. It’s the one thing you can throw at your significant other, friends and kids that won’t hurt (except for ice balls don’t throw them, a black eye from middle school taught me that lesson). Snow is quite beautiful the way it lightly falls to the ground. It’s so light you can catch a flake on your tongue and it’s only the heaviest thing on earth when you have to shovel it. You know who doesn’t have to break their backs shoveling snow? Condo owners and condo renters… those lucky SOB’s who live in condominiums where all the beautiful grounds are taken care of for them. They truly get to enjoy this beautiful snow in all it’s glory without the back-breaking labour. So, whichever one of your co-workers has a child-like smile on their face and a glint in their eye this Monday morning, know that there is a pretty good chance that they are living the condo lifestyle.
