Welcome to the first edition of Waterfront Wednesdays on Condominiums.ca. Why have we decided to talk about a waterfront property every Wednesday? Well because there is no better way to get over the mid week blahs then looking at a gorgeous waterfront property. To kick off our first waterfront property we are taking our search south south of the border to Los Cabos, Mexico. Los Cabos, Mexico seems to be the vacation spot of choice for many famous Hollywood actors. This is probably because of its close proximity to California. Aside from its convenient location, we have to admit Los Cabos is one beautiful place! It is located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula and comprised primarily of two towns, San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas which are linked by a 20-mile corridor lined with world-class resort properties and championship golf courses. Not to mention world renowned nightlife for the party animals in all of us to enjoy. In my search for a waterfront condo in this dreamy part of the world I came across an affordable two bedroom (affordable at least by Toronto standards). Its view is waterfront, it comes furnished, its square footage is 1300 and its special features include: Tennis Court,Spa,Security Guard,Pool Heater,Pool,Gym,Garden. All this for $333,000!
