It’s (almost) holiday time! Are you prepared to play host?
We’ve compiled a few quick tips to help you prepare for holiday guests and gatherings, so your condo is show ready:
- Refresh your guest room or den with new sheets, bedding, and pillows. Clear out the closet to make room for your guests’ clothes, luggage, and other belongings.
- Invest in or replace guest towels, organise bathroom cabinets or linen closets, and stock the bathroom with toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, fall-scented hand soap, and plenty of toilet paper.
- Invest in extra dishes, cups, and napkins so you don’t have to rely on paper or plastic.
- Deep clean the washrooms! A tidy condo is a welcoming one.
- Create a self-serve coffee station. Some guests get up early, while others stay up late; make it simple for them no matter what time they get up.
- Make a welcoming note. A handwritten note demonstrates your enthusiasm for your guests.
