Community feel is a reason many people enjoy condo living. One likely receives a pleasant “good morning” or “cold weather out there” comment from one of their neighbours or concierge on most days. Perhaps even a funny anecdote shared by a neighbour that makes you chuckle. The truth is unless you are on Discovery’s Life Below Zero show and crave solitude, human interaction is needed by most. A friendly smile can make someone’s day, so with the holiday season approaching help your neighbour carry those heavy purchases to the elevator and give your concierge a bottle of wine. It is a great thing to have neighbours that are friends (because let’s face it we are a convenience first bunch) 😉
