We couldn’t decide which development to feature this Friday because there are just so many awesome ones about to launch! This development is walking distance to the Financial District, Yonge subway line, Union Station and the St Lawrence Market and when we say walking distance we mean the kind of distance that doesn’t count as exercise.. We are also very excited about The Perry condos because who in Toronto wouldn’t love a luxury pad in the exclusive Yorkville area. Last but certainly not least is The Carnaby condos. This development is located at Queen St W and Gladstone. 8 Gladstone is a great success in this area and we’re thinking The Carnaby will be equally as successful.
