We read an interesting article today on Yahoo Finance about Tomer Kagan, a 29 year old visionary. He envisions the future and works with scientists to make it happen. One thing he envisions is a car that cooks. Hey, as long as it doesn’t taste like airplane food we are in! It got us wondering how we think the condos of the future will look. Perhaps a hover craft that takes us up to our floor instead of an elevator? Or an elevator that provides a daily news brief as well as making you a coffee and a bagel? How about a whole condo that has a self cleaning option, kind of like a self cleaning stove? Again count us in for that! Well whatever the condo of the future holds, let’s just hope they don’t get much smaller!
