Now I definitely don’t leave my door unlocked at night or know anyone else who does as Michael Moore claimed we Canadians do in his movie Bowling for Columbine. I also don’t recommend we start doing that but perhaps in our busy work all day lives maybe there is something to getting to know and becoming friendly with your neighbours. Those living in condos you might often run into your neighbours in the elevator or in your condo gym, making it easy to strike up a conversation with them. Who knows you might have loads in common and it can be the start of a nice and amazingly convenient friendship! So next time you see your neighbours take the Kramer approach and be friendly instead of the anti social Jerry approach. (This last sentence was a Seinfeld reference for those few of you that never watched the show)
