The Sochi 2014 Olympics have been over for almost a couple of weeks now but we’re still riding high on the epic performances of so many talented Canadian athletes! It was really inspiring and motivating to watch. Motivating in a way that wanted us to hit the gym or outdoors and be in peak performance mode. The question of the hour though is did that motivation last for us non high-performing athletes? We mean are you hitting your condo gym more than before the Olympics? Or getting outside more and taking advantage of fun and healthy winter activities? If the answer is yes, then bravo to you! If the answer is no then we say what would Sid think?
