Yesterday was a time when people across the world took their eyes off of their computer, tablet and phone screens and looked up. The much hyped Supermoon was a sight for many people. It is a rare occurrence when a Supermoon coincides with a lunar eclipse and it was a spectacular beauty to see. Unfortunately, if you were in Toronto you likely didn’t see its full beauty due to cloudy conditions #bummer. However that really got us thinking about the importance of a good clear view for condominium owners. There is a reason why you pay a premium for higher floors, and that is due to the likelihood of a better view.
