Durham Region
To the east of Toronto lies the Durham Region, encompassing a vast area of approximately 1,000 square miles. Characterizing the region would be various landscapes and diverse communities. It benefits from some of the lowest priced industrial and commercial lease rates and land costs by almost half of what is in the GTA.
