In this Monday May I edition we take a look at the Blue Mountain Village because who in Ontario wouldn’t want a to own at a hot spot winter get-a-way location!
I made the trek up to Blue Mountain this past holiday season and was blown away by how awesome the village and accommodations are. I stayed at the Mosaic in the Blue Mountain Village, and loved the modern decor and in-room kitchenette which comes equipped for all your cooking needs. Not that you need to do any cooking with all the eateries at your doorstep. I tried the twisted poutine and a frost bite martini from the wine bar and I know I wasn’t in Montreal but that poutine was amazing! Now the Blue Mountain Village, with its array of restaurants, shops and art store which showcases mind blowing Canadian art, and the beaver tail stop which always has a long line of mouth watering people, isn’t the reason your visiting, we all know what is.. Why it’s the slopes of course! It’s that time of year to show off your skills on the skis or snowboard and this mountain has trails for the beginner to the advanced. Blue Mountain is truly the place to be in the winter season and for the investor in you they are making it easy to own here and rent out your unit when you are not using it. For those that think of Blue Mountain as just a winter getaway, that has changed with the many activities that can be done in the summer starting with the mountain bike trails.
