Home monitoring systems seem to be all the rage these days and we can understand why with all the cool new technology features they offer! Headlines were made when builder Canderel Residential announced they will be building the Samsung smart home system into 25 amazing high end suites at there coveted YC condo development. They will be offering it as an option on other units as well. Alarm systems have come a long way with the use of the smart phone. Owners of the system will be able to control access to the building, the door lock, surveillance system, temperature and lighting. If you wanted to upgrade from the basic package, you could add Jetson-like features, such as control of the entertainment system, washer-dryer, stove and other appliances.
