We often take this miraculous planet for granted, and hardly look up and around to witness all of its splendour and beauty. So if anyone or anything deserves a day to show our love and gratitude it is our Mother Earth! One thing is clear, and that is we have to be more mindful of the everyday little things we do that can harm our planet. Remembering to always recycle, don’t litter (does anyone still do that, if so shame), turn off water when washing the dishes etc… Condo residents have realized in the past few years that most of the utilities i.e. hydro are rarely included in your monthly maintenance fees anymore. This is a good thing…you are responsible for what you use. So do yourself, and this planet a favor and turn off the lights when you are not in the room.
