Peel Region

With its 1.3 million population, Peel Region is the second largest municipality in Ontario. It is also home to more than 85,000 businesses. On its south is Lake Ontario and in the north are the green hills of Caledon. There are three local municipalities in Peel Region – City of Mississauga, City of Brampton, and town of Caledon all of which are very diverse with people of more than 200 ethnic descents and more than 70 spoken languages, living in the region. It offers beautiful countryside living while being in arm’s length of modern conveniences with its close proximity to Toronto. Its major business industries include manufacturing and the services sector.
